Introduction Welcome to Your Travel Sarathi (YTS). By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are set to ensure a transparent and smooth travel experience for all our clients.
1. Inclusions
Accommodation on twin sharing basis in 3-star facilities.
Daily breakfast at the hotel as per hotel policies.
All sightseeing and transfers by private A/C vehicle as per the itinerary (Sedan for up to 4 guests, Innova/Ertiga or similar vehicle for 5-6 guests).
Toll tax, permits, parking, and driver’s allowances.
2. Exclusions
Anything not mentioned in the Inclusions.
Train, air, or bus tickets.
Entrance fees to monuments or attractions.
Camera fees, guide charges, and safari charges.
Costs related to optional activities or adventure sports.
Any kind of insurance (travel, medical, etc.).
Personal expenses such as laundry, porter charges, tips, etc.
Any increase in taxes or fuel charges, leading to an increase in transportation costs or land arrangements prior to or during the trip.
Any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as changes in airline schedule, route, or operation; delays; accidents; illnesses; or emergencies during the tour.
3. Notes
All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The tour will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
The itinerary may change depending on arrival/departure timings, traffic/weather conditions, local developments, or guest preferences.
No refunds will be provided for unutilized services.
Any increase in fuel charges, taxes, surcharges, or government levies will be borne by the client.
Consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability
We, at YTS, will not be held responsible for:
Any death, injury, sickness, accident, loss, discomfort, increased expenses, or consequential damage howsoever caused.
Any act, omission, or default by third-party service providers such as accommodation, transportation, or other travel-related services.
Loss or damage to baggage or personal effects, including negligence by service providers.
Any damages or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen events.
Any liability exceeding the total amount paid for the tour package.
5. Cancellations Policy
Cancellation 30 days before the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be retained.
Cancellation 15 days before the tour: 15% of the tour cost will be retained.
Cancellation 7 days before the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be retained.
Cancellation 72 hours before the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be retained.
No Show: 100% of the tour cost will be retained.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note only. The refund process will take approximately 60 days to complete.
